Things a Man Should Be Able to do

  4. Defend honour of woman in a fight (or make a brave attempt)
  5. Down a pint
  6. use a saw/ screwdriver/ hammer with style
  7. change the oil in a car and not burn self on engine
  8. make a speach vaguely humerous
  9. play football/rugby/climb/sail/box or other suitably manly occupation :-) (is that better dave)
  10. save women from creepy men in bars
  11. open bottles of wine
  12. lend coats and not show they are turning blue with cold
  13. look good in tux
  14. have normal amount of computer skills
  15. be persuasive/intimidating to other men in call centres/shops/police stations/customer services and never break down in tears.
  16. wire a plug
  17. Make a decision quickly, including things such as what restaurant to eat at and what time to book for, the things that woman are too polite to be demanding over (most of the time).
  18. Know that when buying roses- chose 1 colour, not mix together red, white, yellow and pink!
  19. Ask for directions / admit they are lost
  20. Appear confident when using powertools, even if they're not.
