Neo-Tech in today's lexicon fits no specific category or definition. It is not a philosophy. It does not establish truth. In fact, it rejects truths as static, close-ended dogmas that yield a lethal civilization called an anticivilization. So, what is Neo-Tech? It is a new-color stance: a psychedelic-free clairvoyant stance -- a mystic-free thinking stance -- a clean-sweep profit stance. As revealed in this manuscript, Neo-Tech creates new techniques and technologies. It unleashes dynamic, open-ended processes of integrated honesty and statistical accounting that yield riches and romance. Profits come not from "truths" that manipulate facts into fixed dogma. Rather, profits come from honesties that process facts through expanding knowledge.

Neo-Tech sublimates negatives into positives. It yields riches by eliminating losses. It brings romances by eliminating boredoms.
